Blooming ʻōhiʻa, tall koa, climbing maile, rooted ʻaʻaliʻi, and sprawling palapalai ferns all play a vital and distinct role in Hawaiian culture and in supporting the delicate balance of our varying ecosystems. These plants do not grow in isolation; they support and are dependent on each other to thrive, forming a powerful, interconnected native forest.

Like the healthy native forest, the Hawaiʻi ACAC is founded on providing a supportive, collaborative, and interconnected community. Our mission is to cultivate a professional landscape where every member, like every native plant, feels rooted, supported, and able to flourish.

When you choose to sponsor Hawaiʻi ACAC, you are directly investing in the essential elements that allow our professional community to grow strong. 

During the Hawaiʻi ACAC Conference, all sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Signage at check-in table (provided by the sponsor)
• Verbal recognition during the conference
• Mention in conference program
• Social media recognition 
• Option to do a HACAC Instagram takeover for one day 

ʻŌhiʻa Lehua Steward ($3,001-$5,000)

The highest level of commitment is an act of profound stewardship. Your foundational support at this level acts as a source of vitality for Hawaiʻi ACAC, enabling our most ambitious programs and ensuring the continued health and growth of our professional ecosystem. This is a commitment to the flourishing future of our community.

In addition to the base sponsorship benefits, ʻŌhiʻa Lehua Stewards will have: 

• Logo inclusion on website for one year
• Two complimentary Hawaiʻi ACAC conference registrations
• Priority consideration for session proposals
• Advertising space in the conference program
• Email and social media announcement 

During the Hawaiʻi ACAC Conference, ʻŌhiʻa Lehua Stewards can display personalized promotional materials or swag (provided by the sponsor) on buffet tables.

The Koa Canopy ($1,001- $3,000)

Your donations empower us to develop high-quality training, workshops, and educational programs, the “canopy” of knowledge that shades, protects, and nourishes the entire community beneath it.

In addition to the base sponsorship benefits, Koa Canopy sponsors will have: 

• Logo inclusion on website for one year
• One complimentary conference registration
• Priority consideration for session proposals
• Social media announcement 

During the Hawaiʻi ACAC Conference, Koa Canopy sponsors can provide branded napkins and/or coffee/tea sleeves to use during breaks. 

The Maile Vine of Connection ($351- $1,000) 

Your support helps us weave together professionals across the islands, creating the essential networks of relationships and mentorship that sustain long-term growth.

• Social media announcement with logo only (all the sponsors at this level listed at once)

The ʻAʻaliʻi Deep Roots ($20-$350)

You help us ensure that our foundational resources are stable and accessible, providing the essential “roots” needed for every member to remain grounded, resilient, and effective in their work. The ʻAʻaliʻi Deep Roots sponsor will go directly to sponsoring a Hawaiʻi high school counselor to attend the Hawaiʻi ACAC Conference or the National ACAC Conference.
