Please note that HACAC Exhibitor Guidelines prohibit promotional giveaways
“Promotional giveaways are strictly prohibited. Only literature pertaining to the college or university is permitted.” If you are not sure if an item is acceptable, please ask the HACAC fair coordinators at [email protected]. The following are examples of prohibited materials: Keychains, Water bottles, T-shirts, Pennants, Food/Candy, Bags and Stickers without printed literature found on it. Pens are acceptable. Hawaii ACAC volunteers at the college fairs may ask you to remove such items at any time during the college fair events.
