Registration Information for Colleges/ Universities

College registration for our HACAC Fall College Fairs will open on Thursday, August 1 on the HACAC website!

To receive the HACAC Member Rates, you or your institution needs to have an active 2024-2025 HACAC Membership. To renew your membership or check your membership status, you can do so in your account portal at this link.You can also renew or create a new membership on the HACAC website at https://hawaiiacac.org/membership/.

College Fair Base Registration Fees:

  • Kauai Fair: $60
  • Maui Day Fair: $60

Please note that HACAC Exhibitor Guidelines prohibit promotional giveaways: 

“Promotional giveaways are strictly prohibited. Only literature pertaining to the college or university is permitted. If you are not sure if an item is acceptable, please ask the HACAC fair coordinators at [email protected]. The following are examples of prohibited materials: Keychains, Water bottles, T-shirts, Pennants, Food/Candy, Bags. Pens are acceptable.”

Hotel and Airfare

You are responsible for your travel arrangements. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.

Limited discounted hotel rates in Kihei, Maui: $275/night (tax and fees not included).  Reservation information will be provided in the next email.
