HACAC is proud to host our Conference Reception at the Ko’olau Ballrooms & Conference Center, nestled on a mountain plateau, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. With heavenly 2,000-foot peaks and dramatic vertical ridges, the Ko’olau Range showcases the enchanting beauty of the Windward side. We wish to extend an offer to bring your family to this event and come early for a pre-social, modified hike of the Ko’olau Old-Pali Trail. The social will be filled with fun activities, entertainment, ono food, and Pau-Hana. The magnificence of the Ko’olaus will fill your soul.
While alcohol will be available to those 21+, this is a family-friendly event. Conference registrants will have already paid for their entrance to the reception. If you already paid for a “plus 1” in your initial conference registration, there is no need to pay for that person again. However, we ask you to register and pay for your additional guests ahead of time so that we can update our food quantities. See you there!
Additional Reception Attendees Fees:
- Ages 0-12: Free
- Ages13-21: $20/person
- Aged 21+: $35/person
- Parking is FREE

Conference and Social Fees:
- Early Bird – Member – $150.00 due by March 1, 2023 (includes fee for the Social)
- Early Bird – Non-Member – $175.00 due by March 1, 2023 (includes fee for the Social)
- Member – $175.00 after March 1, 2023 (includes fee for the Social)
- Non-Member – $200.00 after March 1, 2023 (includes fee for the Social)
- Retiree / Student – $50.00 after March 1, 2023 (includes fee for the Social)
