Annual Conference 2025 Day of Information

We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2025 Hawai’i ACAC Conference on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Windward Community College. Thank you for making the time to come together for the conference, we have an amazing lineup of presenters but there is also so much value in coming together as a group to connect.

 Conference

We have intentionally left some time in the morning so you can make your way over to the windward side of the island and then talk story with your colleagues on the high school and college side. Please join us for breakfast before the conference begins.

Our President, Sheldon Tawata was also very gracious in creating this video to help you navigate your way to the campus.

If you would like to start planning your day and the sessions, here is what we have planned.

We are also very grateful to our ‘Ilima Sponsors – Oregon Institute of Technology, the University of Utah, the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, and Windward Community College – for their generosity, which helped make this Conference possible.

Ko’olau Distillery

We are very excited to be working with a local small business on the windward side for our conference reception. Ko’olau Distillery does not offer enough parking for all of us so we are very happy to offer a shuttle that will pick you up from the parking lot near Hale ‘Ākoakoa at Windward Community College beginning at 3:30 pm and continue to loop back to Windward Community College until 6:30 pm. We are trying to be kind to the other small businesses in the area so we highly encourage you to use the shuttle service. Be advised that it is about an 8 minute walk to the distillery if you decide to park on the premises. We look forward to an evening of fellowship, great drinks (including mocktails) and snacks.

See you all soon!
