Spring 2022 Registration Fees

Early Bird Fee:

Early Bird Registration deadline- Monday, February 21

  • HACAC Member: $320
    • Plus registration fee per fair site - $60
  • Non-HACAC Member: $440
    • Plus registration fee per fair site - $60

Regular base Fee:

Regular Registration deadline- Tuesday, March 15

  • HACAC Member: $680
    • Plus registration fee per fair site - $60
  • Non-HACAC Member: $800
    • Plus registration fee per fair site - $60

Late base fee:

Late Registration deadline- Monday, April 4

  • HACAC Member: $880
    • Plus registration fee per fair site - $60
  • Non-HACAC Member: $1000
    • Plus registration fee per fair site - $60

*Please note that ground transportation to and from the fair will not be provided. Attendees are encouraged to book their own ground transportation by either renting a car or booking a shuttle service.
