High School College Planning Workshops 2019-20
HACAC, in partnership with HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union, will once again be providing FREE community presentations and HACAC workbooks for high school students and families.
HawaiiUSA FCU is the generous sponsor for these HACAC workbooks. If you will be distributing HACAC workbooks, you are requested to allocate 15 minutes for their presentation on financial wellness.
The PowerPoint presentation includes the following topics:
"HawaiiUSA FCU The Money Matters Challenge" & information on their services (loans, scholarship)
"College Admission: What are colleges looking for in a student?"
"College Fit: Finding the right academic, social, and financial fit"
"Intro to Financial Aid: Understanding the basics to make informed financial decisions about college"

Community College Planning Workshops 2019-20
HACAC will once again provide free community presentations for high school students and families. Majority of these presentations are held in Hawaii State Public Libraries on the islands of O'ahu and neighbor islands.
We offer the following two presentations which will be presented by a member of HACAC (either a high school college counselor or an admission officer from a college/university):
1. College Admission & College Fit
2. Intro to College Financial Aid
