HACAC Scholars Program

The mission of the HACAC Scholars Program is to provide professional development opportunities that support under-resourced and high-impact HACAC members who are helping to facilitate access to higher education for students in the state of Hawaii.

Funding for the HACAC Scholars Program is made available through support from the HACAC Scholars Program and the NACAC Imagine Grant, and various other organizations that support HACAC through generous grants and sponsorships.

Mahalo for considering these opportunities. We hope to see your application soon.

Scholarship Application
Want to kick off your professional development for this unprecedented academic year by attending the NACAC Virtual Conference? You’re in luck! HACAC is pleased to offer full scholarships to attend the 2020 Virtual NACAC Conference, September 22-24, 2020. If you cannot make the live conference times, no worries! You will have access to all of the content on demand until October 31.

The NACAC Virtual Conference will offer two full days of educational content, including "super sessions" that examine critical issues facing the counseling and admission profession. The Supersessions will feature college presidents discussing how campuses are grappling with the coronavirus pandemic; and authors, journalists, and experts will explore the national conversation about race and equity and how the current climate is impacting college admission.
